Is this human hair?

No, our extensions are synthetic fibre. That's what keeps them under R1,000, so you can switch up your look without paying salon or human-hair prices.

Which shades do you have?

Curly: Black, Reddish Brown, Coffee and Caramel.
Straight: Black, Golden Blonde and Dark Brown.

How do I pick the right shade?

Match the shade to the ends of your hair in natural daylight, not under indoor lights. Stuck between two? Email us a clear photo at info@aurorastudio.co.za and we'll help you choose.

What's in the Starter Kit?

One extension in any of our 7 shades, plus our 30ml Aurora Detangling Spray. Together it's R978.99, which is R140 less than buying them separately.

Do I pay for delivery?

Delivery is free on every extension, every Starter Kit and any order of R770 or more. Smaller orders, like the detangling spray on its own, pay a flat R90, shown at checkout before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then delivered within 8–11 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Where do you deliver?

Anywhere in South Africa, door to door with Aramex. The courier needs someone to sign for the parcel, so please use a street address, not a PO Box.

Can I return my order?

Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on extensions that have been opened or worn, or on opened spray. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for the full details.

Can I use heat on my extensions?

Our Straight Clip-In Set is heat-resistant synthetic fibre. If you style it, keep your tools on a low setting and test a small, hidden section first. The Curly Wrap arrives styled and ready to wear, so we recommend no heat on it.

How do I look after them?

Take them out before you sleep, mist with our Detangling Spray and detangle gently from the ends up, then store them between wears. Treated gently, they're ready whenever you want the look again.

Is checkout safe?

Yes. Payments are processed securely over an encrypted connection, and we never see or store your card details.
